01 Our Services

The information provided through the Services is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where doing so would be contrary to law or regulation, or would subject us to any registration requirement. 05 User Generated Contributions

The Services do not currently offer users the ability to submit or post public content. Where we do provide such opportunities, any content you create, submit, post, or transmit ("Contributions") may be viewable by other users and through third-party websites, and will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When making Contributions available, you warrant that:

• Your Contributions do not infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party;
• You are the creator and owner of your Contributions, or you hold all necessary licenses and permissions;
• You have written consent for any identifiable individuals appearing in your Contributions;
• Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading;

• Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule;
• Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
• Your Contributions do not include any content related to the exploitation or abuse of minors;
• Your Contributions do not contain offensive comments connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical disability; and
• Your Contributions do not otherwise violate or link to material that violates any provision of these Legal Terms.

Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing may result in termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.

06 Contribution License

You and we agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data you provide, following the terms of our Privacy Policy and your chosen settings.

By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

13 Dispute Resolution

Informal Negotiations

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a "Dispute"), the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other.

Restrictions

17 Indemnification

We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. If any provision of these Legal Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity of any remaining provisions.

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of these Legal Terms or use of the Services. You agree that these Legal Terms will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. You waive any defenses based on the electronic form of these Legal Terms.
